Dave Kleeschulte has worked in the ski industry for more than 30 years with the uncommon combination of retail, sales representative and national sales manager. Steve Roche - EWSRA Vice President
Steve Roche serves the mid-Atlantic territory representing Rossignol Ski, Snowboard, Nordic & Bike; Montana Sport; INNO Advanced Car Racks; Rossignol Softgoods; Toko; Purl Wax, Look Bindings & Dale of Norway. Steve has been a member of EWSRA since 1996 and worked as a specialty ski retailer for 15 years prior. Traveling throughout the mid-Atlantic territory, Steve brings a vast knowledge of the territory and challenges that all reps face. He also brings an invaluable understanding of the needs and challenges of the specialty retailer. Steve currently attends all EWSRA sponsored shows and represents every category alpine, Nordic, snowboard ,accessories, and clothing.
Tom Harsh - EWSRA Secretary
Tom Harsh previously served several terms on the board and was elected President of the association from Spring 2008 until February 2013. Tom Harsh returned to the board in 2017 to assist with the ever-evolving show cycle and challenges our association faces. His experience gives him a keen sense of the decisions and situations our board faces. His representation of various types of products throughout his career give him an understanding of the issues that affect most of our members.
Kerry O'Flaherty serves the Mid-Atlantic territory and represents Giro Helmets & Goggles, Seirus Innovation, and Saxx Underwear. She served as the association’s President and Vice-President in previous terms and has been a member since 1998 and attended EWSRA trade shows since 1989 as a ski shop employee and Assistant Sales Associate. Kerry understands the challenges and many changes that the ski, snowboard and outdoor industry continue to experience. As one of the founding members of the Mart Show, she is always striving to find the most efficient and productive way for our members and specialty retailers to work together.
Sean Pearsall - EWSRA Treasurer
Sean Pearsall brings over 22 years of both Retail, Buying and Outside Repping experience to the Board. Sean has been involved with EWSRA for the past 13 years starting as a sub and for the past 8 years as principle of Boardslides Inc. Sales Agency. He works with outdoor, snow specialty and action sports accounts in 5 states and attends all of our shows and demos. Sean brings a unique and fresh perspective to the board aiming to help all members work through the most challenging retail environment most of us have ever seen.
Kent Fried has been a member of EWSRA since 2003 and a board member since 2011. Kent represents Atomic alpine products, Hestra gloves, Descente apparel and Sun Valley ski tools. Kent has had a life long connection to the sport and retail sales. He has won SIA Rep of the year 4 times and loves his job! Contact:
Charlie Kiesa has been a member of EWSRA since 2004. He currently represents K2 Snowboarding; Ride Snowboards, Neff, Wend Wax, Gogglesoc, Landayachtz Skatesboards; Igloo Coolers; Jetty Apparel; and AVID Sportswear in the mid-Atlantic Territory (NY, NJ, PA, MD, DE). Charlie attends all EWSRA show and as a new board member brings over 20+ years of retail and outside sales experience. Working with snow, outdoor and action sports accounts, Charlie understands the diverse needs of the wholesale environment.
Chris Law grew up in the ski industry working for his parent’s ski shop and has been a rep in the ski industry and outdoor industry since 1994 and a member of EWSRA since 1998, selling both hardgoods and softgoods. This experience gives Chris a complete perspective on the needs of the rep and the retailer in both the retail and wholesale environment. Contact:
Erik Weber brings to the board his knowledge and experience as a soft goods rep for 20+ years. Attending all 3 buying shows, Erik brings the voice of the soft goods community to the board. Erik has been a board member since 2013, when he was selected to complete AJ Gasuk’s seat following his resignation. He was voted in by the full membership in 2015 and again in 2018. Contact:
