I have read all information pertaining to EWSRA shows and membership and understand contents in their entirety. I maintain that my primary income is derived as a sales representative for firms substantially engaged in the manufacture of goods, merchandise and equipment commonly associated with the snow sports, action, or outdoor industry. I further agree to abide by all EWSRA By-Laws, Show Rules, and Policies. I understand that EWSRA Management in conjunction with the Board of Directors shall have full power in the interpretation and enforcement of said rules and policies. I understand that neither Eastern Winter Sports Reps Association, Inc. or any of the event locations will be held responsible for equipment, sample lines, personal property, displays or vehicles. I also agree to release EWSRA from all claims or causes of action arising out of or relating to my membership in EWSRA and my participation in the annual shows and On-Snow Demo. I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold EWSRA harmless with respect to any claim or cause of action asserted against EWSRA which arises out of or is caused by my negligent act or omission and/or any alleged defect in any product which I market, display or make available for demonstration at the EWSRA shows or On-Snow Demo.
